Returns and Refund Policy

At Dental Box, we want to ensure the best possible experience for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return following the conditions below.

Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions for accepting a return

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and in perfect condition.

  • Retain its original packaging.

  • Show no damage, stains, or signs of tampering.

  • Retain all included accessories and elements.

Opened or unsealed products

For hygiene and product protection reasons, returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with after delivery.

Once the product is opened, it will be considered used and cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours from delivery, attaching photographs of the order's condition.

In these cases, we will evaluate the incident and, if applicable, we will:

  • replace the product

  • or issue a full refund

Return Shipping Costs

Unless there is an error on our part or a defective product, the shipping costs for the return will be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If applicable:

  • the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

  • the process may take between 3 and 10 business days depending on the banking institution
